Sofia, Bulgaria (co.uk) - Just days before the start of the Bulgarian Division I season, Lokomotiv Sofia learned that it will be without defender Ivan Paskov for four months due to a knee injury. The 33-year-old suffered the setback in last week's UEFA Cup qualifying match versus Makedonija Skopje. Paskov is not expected to return to the pitch until December. Unfortunately for him, he will miss the start of the club season as Loko Sofia makes its 2006-2007 debut on Saturday at Vihren. Loko Sofia will be trying to dethrone Levski Sofia this season. Levski Sofia won the Bulgarian Premier League title in 2005-2006.
